Understanding Your Results
As the test runs, you'll see performance metrics displayed on your screen. Understanding these metrics helps you interpret your device's capabilities. Here's what to look for and what the numbers mean:
- FPS (Frames Per Second): This is the most important metric. Higher numbers mean better performance. 60+ FPS is excellent (smooth gaming quality), 30-60 FPS is good (acceptable for most tasks), 15-30 FPS is moderate (may struggle with demanding graphics), and below 15 FPS indicates limited GPU performance.
- Performance Panel: Click the 'Config' button in the top-right corner or press 'R' on your keyboard to toggle the performance panel. This shows detailed statistics including FPS, frame times, and rendering status.
- Visual Quality: Watch how smoothly the 3D visualizations render on your screen. Smooth, fluid motion indicates good GPU performance, while choppy or stuttering visuals suggest performance limitations.
- Stability: Consistent performance without sudden drops indicates a stable, capable device. If you see frequent FPS drops or stuttering, your device may struggle with graphics-intensive tasks.
- Real-Time Monitoring: All metrics update in real-time as the test runs, giving you immediate feedback on your device's performance under load. Watch how the numbers change as the test progresses.
- Frame Time: Lower frame times mean faster rendering. Consistent frame times indicate stable performance, while variable frame times can cause visible stuttering.
- Share Results: Use the share buttons in the top-right corner to post your results on social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook. Compare your results with friends and join the viral trend!
- Interpreting Scores: Remember that results can vary based on device age, temperature, background apps, and browser choice. For the most accurate results, run the test multiple times and average the scores.
